This policy only applies to users who are in the United States and Canada. Customers who reside in other countries should act in accordance with their local laws and regulations.

Some Underground Tuning USA products may solely be used on vehicles in sanctioned competition/motorsports which may never be used upon a public road or highway, unless permitted by specific regulatory exemptions (such as a CARB E.O.). It is the responsibility of the user of the product to ensure that it is used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

We do not offer any tuning for vehicles which enables emissions systems to be removed. If you wish to remove emissions systems from your vehicle, you do so at your own risk. We will not shut off any emissions related codes on any vehicle or provide tuning which allows for the removal of any emissions components.
